We always carry out safety inspections on our equipment on a weekly basis, we then perform safety tests know as portable appliance testing every 6 months (the law states every 12 months). We also carry 2 seperate Public liabilty insurance polices which are both worht £10,000,000. Most venues will need to see a copy of these before a DJ will be aloud to start setting up the equipment. We are always happy to send copy to the venue and all of our DJs carry the documents with them whenever they attend a function.
We also ask customers to sign a booking contract which has some terms and conditions attached to it, this is to protect you as much as us. It also ensures that all of the details of timings and what services we are providing are correct.
